Guide to Creating QR Codes for Offline Business Cards

An offline business card QR code is a QR code that contains the vCard information of an individual or business. When others scan the code, they can view and save the contact information directly to their phone without requiring an internet connection.

Steps to Follow

  1. Go to the website qrcode-gen.com.
  2. Select the QR Code creation feature.
  3. On the QR code creation screen, select the Business Card tab.
  4. The system will display the Enter vCard Information section.
  5. Enter the business card details to generate the QR code:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Company
    • Job Title
    • Mobile
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Company Email
    • Fax
    • Website
    • Address
    • Ward/Commune
    • Province/City
    • Country
    • Postal Code

  1. After entering the information, click Generate QR Code.
  2. The QR code will be displayed in the preview area on the right side of the screen.
  3. Adjust the QR Size if necessary, for example from 200px to 1000px.
  4. Select the download format:
    • PNG
    • SVG
    • EPS

  1. Click Download in the selected format, for example Download (PNG).
  2. Use the downloaded QR code file to print on business cards, documents, standees, or share it with others.

Note

  • This is an offline business card QR code; the information is stored directly within the QR code itself.
  • Scanners can view/save contact information even without accessing an intermediary website.
  • It is recommended to enter complete phone numbers, emails, and websites so recipients can easily contact you.
  • Before downloading or printing, you should test scan the QR code to ensure the displayed information is correct.
  • For the Website field, you should enter the full URL starting with https:// or http://.
