- Body: enter the email content you want to pre-fill.
- Click Generate QR Code.
- The QR code will be displayed in the preview area on the right side of the screen.
- You can open the Title & Description section to add a title or description for the QR code, making it easier to identify when managing or using it.
- You can open the Customize QR Code section to change the QR code's appearance, such as color, shape, frame, or logo.
- Adjust the QR Size using the slider, for example, from 200px to 1000px.
- Select the download format:
- PNG
- SVG
- EPS
- Click Download for the selected format, for example, Download (PNG).

Notes
- Ensure the email is in the correct format, for example,
email@example.com. - When scanning the code, the device will typically open the default email application.
- The subject and body can be left blank if you only want to create a QR code containing the recipient's email address.
- The longer the content, the denser the QR code, which may make it harder to scan.
- It is recommended to test the QR code before official use to ensure the email, subject, and body are displayed correctly.
