VCard Online is an electronic business card that allows users to share personal information, company details, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and other links via a URL or QR code. Recipients can open the business card on their phones and save contact information quickly.
1. Accessing Ninecard
- Visit the website ninecard.one or the system's online business card creation page.
- If you are not logged in, select:
- Login to sign in.
- Sign Up to register a new account.
- Users can use the account registered on the QRCODE-GEN/Ninecard system to log in.
- After a successful login, the system will redirect you to the business card management page.
2. Creating a New Business Card
- On the NINECARD management screen, click the Create vCard button.
- The system will open the business card information entry screen.
- In the Information tab, enter the details you want to display on the business card.
3. Entering Business Card Information
In the Business card information section, users should enter the following content:
- Custom URL: enter a unique link for your business card.
Example:https://card.ninex.one/nguyen-van-a - Avatar: upload a personal photo or company logo.
- Cover photo: upload a background image to display at the top of the business card.
- Full name: enter the card owner's name.
- Phone number: enter the contact number.
- Email: enter the email address.
- Company: enter the company or organization name.
- Job title: enter the job position.
- Company address: enter the contact address.
If you need to add other information, click Add field to include new data fields.
4. Setting Up a Custom Domain
If you want to use a custom domain for your business card, click Custom domain.
This feature is used when users want the business card to be displayed under a custom domain instead of the system's default domain.
5. Previewing the Business Card
- The right side of the screen displays a preview of the business card.
- Users can check:
- Cover photo.
- Avatar.
- Full name.
- Phone number.
- Email.
- Company, job title, and address.
- Layout display on mobile devices.
- You can switch to the Preview tab to check the interface before creating.
6. Customizing the Interface
Users can further customize the card using the buttons below the preview:
- Card template: select the interface/template for the business card.
- Icon color: change the color of the icons on the business card.
- Share: share the business card after creation.
7. Completing Business Card Creation
- After entering all information, click Create electronic business card.
- The system will save the business card and display it in the management list.
- Users can open the business card to verify the information.
- The business card can be shared via:
- Business card URL.
- QR code.
- Share button on the system.
Notes
- The custom URL should be written in lowercase, without accents, and without spaces.
- It is recommended to use a clear portrait photo or a sharp brand logo.
- The cover photo should be appropriate for the individual/business.
- Double-check the phone number and email before sharing.
- After creation, it is recommended to open the business card on a phone to check the display interface.
