An SMS QR code allows users to scan the code to quickly open their messaging app with the phone number and message content pre-filled. The user only needs to verify the content and tap send on their device.

  1. Click Generate QR Code.

  4. You can open the Customize QR Code section to change the QR code's appearance, such as color, shape, frame, or logo.
  5. Adjust the QR Size using the slider, for example, from 200px to 1000px.
  6. Select the download format:
    • PNG
    • SVG
    • EPS

  2. Click Download in your chosen format, for example, Download (PNG).
  3. Use the QR code on posters, registration forms, marketing materials, service counters, or any point where you need to collect feedback or messages from customers.

Notes

  • It is recommended to enter the phone number in the correct format, preferably including the country code such as +84.
  • When scanning the code, the device will typically open the default messaging app.
  • The message is not sent automatically; the user still needs to tap send on their phone.
  • The longer the message content, the denser the QR code, which may make it harder to scan.
  • If the phone number or message content changes, you must generate a new QR code.
  • It is recommended to test scan the QR code before printing or sharing to ensure the phone number and content are displayed correctly.
