Guide to Sharing Your VCard / Online Business Card

After creating an Online VCard, users can share their business card via a link or a QR code. Recipients only need to open the link or scan the QR code to view the contact information and save the contact.

1. Sharing from the VCard List

  1. Log in to the NINECARD system.
  2. On the business card list screen, find the VCard you want to share.
  3. Click the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the business card.
  4. The system will display the following options:
    • Copy link
    • Share
    • Edit
    • Delete

  1. Select Copy link if you want to copy the business card link.
  2. Send the copied link via email, Zalo, Messenger, Facebook, website, or other communication channels.

2. Sharing via QR Code

  1. In the VCard list, click the three-dot icon on the business card you want to share.
  2. Select Share.
  3. The QR code window will appear.
  4. In the QR code tab, the system displays the QR code of the business card.
  5. Select the download format:
    • PNG
    • SVG
    • EPS

  1. Click Download to save the QR code file to your device.
  2. Use the QR code to print on paper business cards, brochures, posters, personal profiles, email signatures, or sales materials.

3. Sharing via Link in the QR Code Window

  1. In the QR code window, switch to the Link tab.
  2. Copy the business card link.
  3. Send the link to recipients through your desired channels.

4. Sharing While Creating or Editing a VCard

  1. On the business card creation or editing screen, there is a Share button below the preview section.
  2. Click Share to open the sharing function.
  3. Users can get the link or download the QR code after the business card has been created/saved.

Note

  • You should check the business card information before sharing.
  • Try opening the link or scanning the QR code to ensure the business card displays correctly.
  • The PNG format is suitable for quick sending or use on standard documents.
  • The SVG or EPS format is suitable for high-quality printing.
  • If you edit the VCard information after sharing, recipients will see the updated information when they reopen the link or rescan the QR code.
