Guide to Deleting VCards / Online Business Cards

Users can delete a VCard when it is no longer needed or if they wish to remove a business card from their management list.

Steps to Follow

1. Log in to the NINECARD system.
2. On the business card list screen, locate the VCard you wish to delete.
3. Click the three-dot icon in the right corner of the business card.
4. From the menu that appears, select Delete.
5. The system may display a confirmation prompt for the deletion action.
6. Verify that you have selected the correct business card, then confirm to complete the process.
7. Once successfully deleted, the VCard will no longer appear in your management list.

Notes

• Please double-check before deleting to avoid removing the wrong business card.
• Once a VCard is deleted, the previously shared link and QR code may no longer be accessible.
• If you only wish to update information, select Edit instead of Delete.
• It is recommended to save important information before deleting a business card.
